The Nelsons pharmacy has been open in Duke Street since 1890 after outgrowing its original Ryder Street site.

Today, the pharmacy handles requests and queries from all over the world with its vast potency bank providing a comprehensive 'specials' service whereby prescriptions can be dispensed. Other items can be ordered by phone / e-mail and will be made up and dispatched within 24 hours.

It provides a tranquil oasis in the heart of London's shopping district, away from the bustle of nearby Oxford Street. Experienced, knowledgeable staff are on hand to provide advice on any health question and guidance on the uses and benefits of complementary medicines.

Needless to say the pharmacy also stocks the full range of Nelsons products, including Bach Flower Essences® from the original Mount Vernon site of Dr. Edward Bach, Nelson & Russell Aromatherapy, Nelsons aura herbal tinctures and the full range of Nelsons homeopathic pillules, creams and tablets.

All UK deliveries are dispatched from the pharmacy, with overseas orders being sent out from our manufacturing site in Wimbledon.
